Wheeling Village Hall

As the Engineer of Record, McCluskey Engineering designed an all-structural steel-framed building with a brick veneer to serve as a new village hall. Consisting of 55,000 square feet, the two-story with a partial basement structure can accommodate an additional 7,000 square feet of space on the low roof.

Engineer of Record for a 51,500 square feet structural steel frame with load-bearing precast concrete building envelope with two storm shelters contained within.
