Steel roof framing, load-bearing precast concrete wall panels, and conventional spread footings provide a complete structural package.

This project consists of two steel-framed office/warehouse buildings with perimeter load-bearing precast concrete wall panels in Romeoville, IL. Building 1 is 627,000 square feet with a 40-foot clear height and 80 exterior truck docks, 32 future docks, and 4 drive-in doors. Building 2 is 270,000 square feet with a 36-foot clear height and 36 exterior truck docks, 22 future docks, and 2 drive-in doors. Moment frames at the expansion joints consist of wide flange columns and bar joists.
